Eric Gall and Steven Niehaus attended the three-day conference that included three workshops, two masterclasses, and a continuing education course to advance their knowledge and tools to value and transact businesses. They also attended the deal market where they pitched 16 lower-middle-market deals to 28 private equity groups and family offices. There were 12 exhibitors at the conference.
Eric Gall was awarded the "2021 Platinum Club Award" for achieving over $15 million in total transaction volume. Eric's $32 Million in transactions earned him M&A Source's highest award.
Eric also received his "Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) Certification." The M&AMI certification requires meeting education requirements, attending two M&A Source conferences, completing three transactions over $1.5M, and recertification every three years.
