Janet Badalow is a licensed Florida Business Intermediary with 25 years of combined experience in accounting, finance, and local government. She has a passion for helping others and has worked in various roles where she assisted people during certain stages of their lives. Janet considers everyone she works with to be of equal importance, and she will work diligently to bring people together for their mutual benefit.

As a tax accountant, Janet completed hundreds of individual and business tax returns along with monthly and year-end financials and advised those small businesses on how to efficiently use their resources. As a Series 7 licensed stockbroker, she advised clients on how to attain their financial goals by creating a comprehensive plan and helping them execute it. As a local elected official, she helped improve her community by listening to her constituents and advocating on their behalf at the Local, County, State, and Federal levels.

Janet earned an MBA in Finance with a Minor in Estate and Gift Taxation from Wayne State University and a BSBA in Accounting from Lawrence Technological University. She has achieved several licenses, certificates, and training, including a Florida Notary Public and a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License.

Janet, her husband, and their Siamese cat Mia relocated to Southwest Florida from Southeast Michigan in 2020. Outside of work, Janet enjoys biking, exploring nature, organic and native gardening, baking, traveling, reading, and muscle cars. She is a current member of several community organizations including the Cape Coral Budget Review Committee, the Cape Coral Kiwanis Club, and the Cape Coral Friends of Wildlife.
