Alicia Farman is a business intermediary with Edison Business Advisors, guiding business owners and buyers through the complex process of selling or acquiring a business. She brings combined experience in marketing, financial advising, and business development to every transaction.

Alicia began her career in the automotive industry, where she spent 8 years managing sales and operations, followed by 5 years as a financial advisor, helping clients prepare for major life transitions. In her financial role, she developed pre- and post-sale financial plans to ensure sellers could sustain their desired lifestyle, as well as guided buyers in structuring acquisitions that supported their long-term goals. 

She specializes in identifying and marketing to acquisition targets in addition to maximizing business value by mitigating risks before going to market. Alicia’s buyer outreach spans financial, strategic, and institutional targets to ensure her clients secure the best possible fit and outcome.

Her entrepreneurial journey includes launching multiple ventures, mentoring women in business, and building community through elite networking events across Southwest Florida.
