Steven G. Niehaus, MBA, CBI, CM&AP, M&AMI
Steve Niehaus has more than 30 years of leadership experience in a cross-section of industries. His proven success in developing effective strategies and his skills as a business intermediary results in a positive experience for business buyers and sellers.
Prior to being trained, licensed, and awarded his Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and his Certified Merger & Acquisition Professional (CM&AP) and Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) designations from M&A Source, Steve had a successful career with General Electric as Executive General Manager for GE’s Global Business Services. He has an extensive background in finance, service operations, sales and marketing, and corporate services.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Arizona State University. He is a member of the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF), International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), M&A Source, and American Business Brokers Association Best Practices Forum.
Steve's $9.6M transaction total in 2022 earned him the 2022 BBF Dealmaker Top 50 in Sales Volume for the State of Florida Award, the 2022 BBF Million Dollar Plus Award, the 2022 IBBA Chairman's Circle Award for transacting more than $3M, and the 2022 M&A Source Executive Club for completing more than $5M. Steve's $7M transaction total in 2021 earned him the 2021 BBF Dealmaker Top 50 in Sales Volume for the State of Florida Award, the 2021 BBF Million Dollar Plus Award, and the 2021 IBBA Chairman's Circle Award. In 2020 he was awarded the 2020 BBF Million Dollar Plus Award and the IBBA Outstanding Producer Award for transacting more than $1M. In addition, he won the 2018 BBF Million Dollar Plus Award.
