Purchase Both the Restaurant/Bar and Wine Store: If both the restaurant/bar and wine store are purchased, there are two options: 1. Keep each at its present location, or 2. Expand the restaurant/bar into the adjoining wine store space and lease additional space for the wine store in the same shopping center. Buyers must demonstrate a minimum of $1.2K of liquid funds to purchase both the restaurant/bar and wine store.
