This outpatient physical therapy clinic was opened in 1991.  The Seller purchased their present location in 1993.  The clinic is focused on providing patients from 6 years of age to 90 quality individualized treatment plans including programs for neurologic rehab, balance issues, running injuries, and rehabilitation programs for orthopedic, oncological, TMJ and headache patients.  The staff is highly trained and holds multiple advanced certifications.  The building is 2,750 square feet and just underwent a major interior freshening.  The walls have been repainted and flooring replaced including patient safe rubber flooring in the gymnasium areas.
